Each visit starts with a free five-point check of the battery, alternator output, starter draw and terminals, and nothing is charged if the battery passes. Batteries come in SLA, EFB and AGM types from brands such as Amaron, Varta, Bosch, ACDelco and Fiamm, and BMS coding for European cars is part of the price. Prices start at AED 175 and include delivery, fitting, testing and a 12-month defect warranty, with no call-out fee. The team also fits the 12V batteries in hybrids and EVs such as the Toyota range, the Nissan Leaf and Tesla models. Customers pay once the work is finished, in cash, by Visa or Mastercard, or with NFC mobile payment.

What happens if my new battery fails?

Each battery has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, registered to your phone number when it is fitted. A failed battery is replaced free where the car is, but the warranty does not cover physical damage, a battery drained by lights left on, or faults from aftermarket electrics.

Can I pay by card when the battery is fitted?
